The products available on Herbify.it include legal cannabis light products with a THC content below the limits set by Italian law (Law 242/2016). These products are sold for technical use, collection, or decorative purposes. They are not intended for human consumption.

AM GROUP SRLS is not responsible for improper use of the purchased products. Purchases are allowed only for customers of legal age (18 years or older). We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone who does not meet our requirements.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the checkout process.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (with a surcharge, where applicable)

5. Shipping and Delivery

Herbify offers fast and secure delivery throughout Italy and Europe, as detailed in the dedicated shipping sections of our website. Delivery in Italy is free for orders over €39, while for Europe, shipping is free for orders over €100.

Delivery times vary from 1 to 4 business days for Italy and from 3 to 7 business days for Europe. Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@herbify.it indicating the order number and the products to be returned.

The products must be returned intact, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the products are defective or we made a mistake. Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned items, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days.

7. Liability

AM GROUP SRLS is not responsible for any damage resulting from the improper use of the products. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, logistical issues, weather conditions).

8. Privacy

The processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on a dedicated page of the site. By using the site, you also accept our cookie policy.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
