Herbify.it Returns and Refunds Policy

At Herbify, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can rely on our return and refund policy, in compliance with current Italian law.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason. The right of withdrawal can be exercised for all products purchased on Herbify.it.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an email to info@herbify.it, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return.

2. Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must not have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on Herbify’s part.

3. Refund Processing Time and Methods

Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will process the refund. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the required conditions of integrity.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase. In the case of cash-on-delivery payments, we will ask you to provide us with your bank details to process the refund via bank transfer.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you have received a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@herbify.it or call us at +39 329 208 6674. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

5. Return Procedure

To return one or more products, follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@herbify.it within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Wait for our confirmation with the return shipping address.
  • Securely pack the products, including the original packaging, and ship them to the provided address.
  • Once we receive the returned items, we will send you a confirmation and proceed with the refund or product replacement.
