Herbify delivers and ships across Italy with no minimum order!

We offer direct same-day delivery in the city of Florence and same-day delivery after 8 PM by appointment in the towns of Bagno a Ripoli, Fiesole, Scandicci, and Sesto Fiorentino, with delivery between 6 PM and 10 PM. (Contact us for more details about the service areas)

1. Delivery in Florence is always free with no minimum order amount.

2. For neighboring towns (Bagno a Ripoli, Fiesole, Scandicci, and Sesto Fiorentino), without minimum order, delivery costs are:

• 3.50€ for orders of 30€ or more;
• 7.00€ for orders under 30€.

3. For shipping across Italy, we rely on GLS.

4. Shipping is free for orders over 39€.

Important! Orders placed by 12:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. Delivery can vary between 1 and 4 business days depending on the destination area (1/2 days for non-remote areas, 2/3 days for remote areas). For example: an order from a non-remote area placed by 12:00 PM Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day, barring holidays or unforeseen events. We provide a tracking number for every shipment and closely monitor each stage to ensure fast deliveries and dedicated customer support.

Bagno a Ripoli, Fiesole, Scandicci, and Sesto Fiorentino:

• Delivery available Monday to Friday until 10:00 PM. The cost is 3.50€ for orders over 30€, and 7.00€ for orders under 30€.

Italy (excluding islands and remote areas):

• Express Shipping (1-4 business days*): FREE for orders over 39€

• Payment methods: all major credit cards, Paypal, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (with an additional 5€ to be paid to the courier)

Islands and Remote Provinces*:

• Standard Shipping (2-6 business days**): FREE for orders over 39€
• Standard Shipping (2-6 business days**): 5.50€ for orders under 39€
