Herbify.it Shipping Information

At Herbify, we are committed to offering fast and efficient shipping services. Below, you will find all the information regarding shipping times, costs, and methods available on our site Herbify.it.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders placed by 12:00 PM on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Italy (excluding islands and remote provinces)

  • Free shipping for orders over 39€.
  • For orders under 39€, shipping costs 5,50€.
  • Delivery times: from 1 to 4 business days, depending on the destination.

Islands and Remote Provinces*

  • Free shipping for orders over 39€.
  • For orders under 39€, shipping costs 5,50€.
  • Delivery times: from 2 to 6 business days, depending on the area.

Shipping in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland)

  • Free shipping for orders over 100€.
  • For orders under 100€, shipping costs 9,90€.
  • Delivery times: from 2 to 6 business days.

*Remote Provinces: Agrigento, Aosta, Alto Adige-Sud Tyrol, Cagliari, Caltanissetta, Carbonia-Iglesias, Catania, Catanzaro, Cosenza, Crotone, Enna, Messina, Nuoro, Ogliastra, Olbia-Tempio, Oristano, Palermo, Ragusa, Reggio-Calabria, Sassari, Siracusa, Trapani, Vibo-Valentia.

3. Couriers Used

Our shipments are carried out via GLS to ensure safe and trackable deliveries. After your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to monitor your shipment in real-time.

4. Destinations and Limitations

Currently, we only ship to Italy and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Poland. Please ensure that the products you purchase comply with the local regulations of the destination country, particularly regarding the allowed THC levels.

We cannot be held responsible for any customs holds or failed deliveries due to local restrictions on light cannabis products. Contact us if you have any concerns about the product's compliance in your country.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the indicated shipping times, delays may occur due to events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, adverse weather conditions, national holidays, etc.). In the event of significant delays, we will notify you promptly.

6. Missed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, they will try again the next business day. If the second attempt also fails, the package will be held at the courier's facility, and you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery.

If you are unable to collect the package within the courier's specified time frame, the order will be returned to Herbify. You can request a new shipment, but additional shipping costs will apply.
